Russian officials urge harshest sentence for man who damaged priceless Ivan the Terrible painting

An apparently drunken guest used a metal pole to smash the protective glass and damage a 1885 masterpiece of Russia's 16th century ruler, Ivan the Terrible, by painter Ilya Repin.
